TOMCO2 Systems Tank Rehabilitation

Location: Hamilton, Ohio

Project Summary: The city of Hamilton South WTP is a 40 MGD lime softening plant. They use a TOMCO2 carbon dioxide storage and feed system for pH adjustment and stabilization after softening. The first of two tanks was installed in the early 1990's. The 2nd tank was installed during an expansion in 2002. It was determined that both tanks needed extensive maintenance. Tank #1 was emptied, isolated, and sent to TOMCO2 for refurbishment. Within 10 weeks Tank #1 was returned to the facility and online. Tank #2 was then emptied, isolated, and shipped to TOMCO2 for refurbishment. Each refurbished tank was accompanied by TOMCO2 technicians to oversee the installation of the tanks and acessories.

Testimonial: "It was a pleasure doing business with you. Everyone I encountered performed in a very competent and professional manner. The four service technicians did a great job."
